Under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations, Index Engineering will be operating as an Employment Agency in respect of services provided to candidates seeking permanent work and operating as an Employment Business in respect of services provided to candidates seeking temporary work. Index Engineering is not permitted to charge a fee for this service. As an Employment Agency, Index Engineering will endeavour to find suitable permanent positions as detailed/required. As an Employment Business, Index Engineering will endeavour to find suitable temporary assignments to work as detailed/required. These Terms constitute a Contract for Services between the Employment Business and the Temporary Worker.
